Every object leaves our studio in Oslo carefully packed and on its way to you. Here you will find how we send your order, roughly how long it may take, and how taxes and customs work for deliveries inside and outside Norway. Dispatch and local pickup

We prepare and send every order from our studio in Oslo. Because each object is one of a kind, we take the time to pack it well, wrapped in protective layers and boxed to travel safely. If you are in Oslo, you are welcome to collect your order from the studio free of charge instead of having it shipped. Choose local pickup at checkout and we will let you know when it is ready.

Shipping, tracking and delivery time

Your shipping options and their cost are shown at checkout before you pay, so you can choose what suits you. Whichever you pick, we send your object tracked and insured for its value, and share the tracking so you can follow it to your door. The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout; it depends on where your order is going, and for shipments abroad also on customs and your local postal service. If a shipment seems delayed, or something looks wrong in the tracking, write to us and we will help sort it out with the carrier.

Taxes and customs

For delivery within Norway, the total shown at checkout is what you pay, with any applicable taxes included, and nothing further is added on arrival. For delivery outside Norway, your order is exported from Norway, and your own country's VAT, customs duties or handling fees may be charged when it arrives. As the importer you are responsible for these, and the carrier will usually collect them before final delivery. Thresholds and rates vary from country to country, so check with your local customs authority if you are unsure.

Returns

If you change your mind, you have a full 14-day right of withdrawal on objects. The details, including how refunds work, are in our Terms and Conditions. In practice, send the object back to our studio in Oslo well packed and tracked, so it is covered on the way, and we will refund you promptly. If you are unsure how to pack or send it, just ask and we will help. Local customers are welcome to return in person at the studio.
